RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
· Performs roughing-in activities, wiring and cabling works for single-phase distribution, power, lighting and auxiliary systems.
· Installs electrical protective devices for distribution, power, lighting, auxiliary, lightning protection and grounding systems.
· Installs wiring devices of floor and wall mounted outlets, lighting fixtures/switches, and auxiliary outlets.
· Performs mensuration and calculation.
· Prepares and interprets technical drawings.
· Ensure compliance with standard procedures, specifications and manuals of instructions.
· Ensures quality standards and that electrical works meet all the safety regulations and codes.
· Terminates and connects electrical wirings and electronic circuits.
Educational Attainment:
Basic:
· High school diploma or college diploma
· Certified Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
· At least 2 years of experience as Electrician1 (Apprentice Electrician)
Advantage:
· Certifications for continuous improvement of electrical knowledge and skills from vocational schools and government-sponsored institutions
· Certifications for electrical training and seminars
· A graduate of a 2-year electrician course from a technical school.
Knowledge and Skill:
· Able to use hand tools
