Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant

Budget: 30,000 - 35,000

Location: Makati

Set Up: Hybrid (2x on-site, 3 days wfh)

Schedule: Morning Shift

As the Executive Assistant / Secretary, you will play a key role in helping the President of Operations manage day-to-day responsibilities, streamline administrative tasks, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic events and marketing company that values creativity, collaboration, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in project coordination and internal communications
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the President


Qualifications

  • At least 2 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • With Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Amenable to travel anytime as required for meetings, events, or project support
  • Background in events, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus
