As the Executive Assistant / Secretary, you will play a key role in helping the President of Operations manage day-to-day responsibilities, streamline administrative tasks, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic events and marketing company that values creativity, collaboration, and professionalism.

As the Executive Assistant / Secretary, you will play a key role in helping the President of Operations manage day-to-day responsibilities, streamline administrative tasks, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic events and marketing company that values creativity, collaboration, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in project coordination and internal communications
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the President
- At least 2 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- With Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Amenable to travel anytime as required for meetings, events, or project support
- Background in events, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus
- Work with a passionate and innovative team
