Job Summary
- Heads the Traditional Payroll Account Onboarding Department that supports the Digital Payroll and Bulk account opening.
- Responsible for the overall BAU of the Department including adhoc project implementations.
- College Graduate, preferably Business Course
- At least five (5) years industry experience; at least one (1) year assumption of any branch officer position.
- Strong command of the branches processes and can implement value added changes
- Knowledgeable on Bank’s Operations, Branch Operations and Bank’s products/services
- Possesses Basic Accounting and the Bank’s Accounting Entries
- Knowledgeable with BSP Regulations
- With background in process Improvement, technological implementation
- Familiar with Risk Management
- Ability to deal with complexity
- Manage the team's BAU on bulk account opening and digital payroll, ensuring that all areas of support are in order
- Manage 19 personnel in terms of career progression and training
- Responsible for the Department's appropriate budget utilization
- Responsible for implementation of projects and changes for a more efficient processing (i.e. streamlining of process and automation)
- Ensure that the team strictly adhere to the Bank's policies and regulations, including the Department's Operations Manual, Implementing Guidelines and Decision Matrix
