We are looking for a seasoned Collections Head to lead our collections department and drive effective strategies for debt recovery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in collections management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to optimize processes and improve collection rates.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and streamline processes.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in collections operations.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies related to collections.
Prepare reports for senior management on collection metrics and progress.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in collections or related field.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in collections management.
