Job Functions

  • Spearheads the identification and implementation of Best-Known Methods (BKMs) and standardization initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and service levels across Supply Chain Management operations.
  • Manages projects involving process optimization, standardization, and technology deployment for warehouse, transportation functions, and demand & supply planning.
  • Drives achievement of Critical Success Indicators (CSIs) related to operational efficiency, layout design, headcount planning, and capacity management and On Time in Full (OTIF).
  • Conducts studies and projects on transportation and delivery optimization, focusing on truck utilization and network analysis to reduce operational costs and enhance service performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Operations Management
  • Proficient in project management, lean manufacturing principles, and data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis.
  • Willing to travel to other Distribution Centers in Luzon and Visayas

Work Experience

  • 35 years of experience as a Planner or Operations Supervisor, with demonstrated success in process improvement and team coordination
