About The Role
You'll keep the cleaning business spotless behind the scenes-handling client support, booking appointments, and ensuring schedules align seamlessly with staff availability.
Key Responsibilities
Client Enquiries & Support
- Respond to new and regular customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy (20%).
- Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients regarding preferred schedules (15%).
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client (5%).
- Book, reschedule, and cancel cleaning appointments based on client needs (20%).
- Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring alignment between client requirements and staff availability (30%).
- Encode and update CRM records for clients and staff to ensure accuracy and reliability of data (10%).
- Bachelors degree in any related course.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Strong rostering and scheduling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Extremely attentive to detail and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM or scheduling software.
- Prior experience in service-based industries such as cleaning, hospitality, or maintenance.
