Jollibee Group's Operations Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and communication support to the RBU Head, Operations Directors, and Area Managers. Manages schedules, meetings, reports, logistics, and official communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and relay communications (calls, messages, emails) for RBU leadership.
- Schedule and organize meetings, trainings, and RBU activities, including venue booking and logistics.
- Draft and disseminate memos on store operations (openings, closings, renovations, etc.).
- Maintain daily itineraries and calendars for RBU Head and Operations Directors.
- Manage filing systems, meeting minutes, reports, and confidential documents.
- Process reimbursements, cash advances, and budget-related documents.
- Consolidate and submit performance appraisals and operational reports.
- Handle travel arrangements and billing for RBU leadership and team.
- Monitor and maintain RBU assets and office supplies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course/program, preferably any business-related course with knowledge of typing and filing; proficient in word processors/computer applications.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role/function but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
