The Team Leader – Ops Analytics is responsible for running the insights and reporting team that supports all Line of Business within Operations. S/He takes charge in utilizing the data derived from sources and convert them into data visualization, and share actionable insights that Operations Leadership team can utilize in decision making, achieve goals, improve process etc. S/He is also responsible in developing her group to be able to deliver consistent, and quality insights and reporting to their respective stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Drive the team to deliver timely reporting requirements to all Operations Stakeholders, such as but not limited to Customer Service, Complaints, Payments & Disbursement, Welcome Call, Backoffice and Customer Experience.
- Leads with in-depth analysis and interpretation of data in the reports, with deep dive on root cause, trend review, and uses predictive modeling to come up with quantitative reports and shares the information to relevant departments.
- Actively participate and represent Operations Analytics in all Intra and Inter Departmental collaboration, that involves data usage for visualization, insights and analysis.
- Partners with Database Management Team to ensure all data sources are accurate and up to date. Lead the push for improvement in simplifying datasources that can be useful in a more efficient data delivery and potential automation.
- Explores potential data points that may be used by the insights and reporting team to improve Operations processes, and partner with Data Source owners for potential development / improvement.
- Continuously drive reporting and insights improvement by adapting to all changes within Operations, and Home Credit Philippines technology and processes as a whole.
- Regularly coach, train and find ways to develop the Operations Analysts, and Customer Experience Analysts. Guides the team in goal setting, and monitors their progress to achieve these.
- At least 5 years of extensive work experience in the Analytics field
- At least 3 years management experience leading multiple teams
- Excellent knowledge of Data Visualization Tools (PBI, Tableau, Excel Visualization), MSO Suite (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- High Proficiency in Methods of Data Analysis (Statistical Methods, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Text Analysis etc)
- Basic Knowledge in programming languages (SQL, Phyton, R)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; keen to details, results and process oriented
- Customer focused and oriented
- Well-organized, highly trustworthy, confident & proactive
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
- Adaptability with different coaching techniques. Able to coach and connect with direct reports effectively.
