What are we looking for?
The purpose of this role is to provide critical support to new brokers, guiding them through the entire onboarding process. You will be responsible for creating a smooth, positive, and efficient first experience for all new brokers and members. You will play a vital part in minimizing the time it takes for a broker to complete their onboarding and achieve productivity.
Skills Required
As the Onboarding Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for new brokers. Your responsibilities will include:
○ Liaise with internal teams like PMs and Broker Success Teams to ensure the onboarding process is efficient.
○ Prepare key documents, such as agreements and loan writer appointment letters.
○ Support brokers with their accreditations to ensure their packs are completed accurately.
○ Act as an Authorized Representative for BLSSA appointments.
○ Provide reporting and feedback on onboarding pipelines to the recruitment team.
○ Work with the Team Leader to continually improve processes.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administration role within a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An outstanding customer service orientation.
