Offline Retail Marketing Intern

edamama is the #1 online-to-offline (O2O) platform focused on products and services for parents and families in the Philippines! We're a mama-led company (with dads, aspiring parents, and kid-at-hearts on board too!) on a mission to make parenting easier. Think content, commerce, and community wrapped up in one supportive space. Weve reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!

What You'll Do

• Assist the Offline Marketing Lead (Mary Vargas) in coordinating with mall partners for marketing campaigns and events
• Support in booking event schedules, securing permits, and managing venue requirements
• Help oversee logistics and on-ground setup for mall activations and promotional activities
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of offline initiatives
• Monitor event timelines and address real-time concerns during activations
• Provide administrative and operational support related to offline marketing efforts
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, mall partners, and vendors both in writing and in person
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, especially in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain clear documentation, schedules, and logistics plans
• Proficient in using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating simple marketing materials, layouts, or event visuals
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive for collaboration, reporting, and documentation
