The Role: Offer Data & Web Content Specialist
What will you do?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Offer Data & Web Content specialist looking to develop their skills in data management and support web content requests. This role offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to the accuracy and presentation of our brand across our digital platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Maintain and update assets and files within our Data Asset Management platform, ensuring data is current and accurate. This is a great opportunity to learn best practices in data management.
· Support the accurate representation of product substitutes and related products on our web platforms to enhance discoverability. You will learn how data accuracy impacts the customer experience.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data errors, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This role encourages you to develop your problem-solving skills.
· Collaborate with the Pacific Offer Data Management Champion, sharing insights and learning best practices in regional data alignment.
· Support broader data cleansing initiatives related to offer data and other strategic programs, gaining exposure to various aspects of data management.
· Assist the content team in the deployment of engaging web content, learning about web content management and user experience principles.
· Proactively identify opportunities to automate and simplify repetitive tasks and workflows, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort. This will be a key focus of the role, allowing you to contribute to significant process improvements.
· Develop an understanding of our websites, proactively identifying areas for improvement in content and user experience, contributing to a culture of continuous innovation.
· Build relationships with stakeholders, learning about brand and product information to effectively support their needs.
Metrics
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all data-related activities, adhering to best practices, data standards, and governance frameworks.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for web content updates, while maintaining a strong focus on content quality and accuracy.
- Adhere to content publishing workflow and approval processes, contributing to a efficient content delivery cycle.
- Identify, propose, and contribute to the implementation of proactive suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of both the content publishing process and offer data management responsibilities.
- Actively participate in relevant training and development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge, with a focus on acquiring expertise to support higher-priority initiatives and contribute to greater strategic impact.
- Maintain clear, proactive, and effective communication and collaboration with the Platform/Product Owner and marketing teams to ensure alignment, facilitate efficient workflows, and achieve shared objective
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in product information management or related role.
- Proficiency in PIM software, data management tools, and content management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product data.
- Basic understanding of data concepts and web platforms (or a strong willingness to learn).
- A proactive mindset with a desire to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
