Qualifications
- With at least 1 year experience in industrial clinic
- Must be a Licensed Nurse
- Knows IV extraction and Program Planning
- BOSH Training, Patient Management Training, Completed ISO Awareness Training
- Does Nursing functions like taking Vital Signs, administering injectable medicines, skin testing, and attending to the emergency situations
- Encodes treatment records of PLDT/Smart/Voyager/PayMaya/Suncellular employees through the HOPS Healthcare Portal
- Retrieving treatment records of subsidiaries and affiliates seeking consultations and subsequently filing treatment records after each consultation
- Assisting the Doctors during minor operations and ensures the proper order of the operating room.
- Does health teachings and instruct patients on the dosage and proper intake of their medication
- Monitor the health status of the employees assigned in their clinics.
- Facilitate the Annual Physical Examination of employees assigned in their clinics
- Records consumed medicines and issued Letter of Authorization and Green prescriptions used.
- Computes and records sick leaves of all employees who goes on sick leave.
