What You'll Do
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective merchandising strategies
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality
Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment processes
Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional activities related to merchandise
Conduct regular audits of merchandise presentation in-store
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
