Key Responsibilities
- Embody our brand’s personality in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
- Create exceptional customer experiences across all channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate our product offerings and customer communications such as newsletters and lifecycle emails.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to efficiently assist customers.
- Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every interaction with customers and team members.
- Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
- A strong desire to assist individuals with varying learning curves.
- A passion for acquiring new knowledge, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a dynamic environment.
- Capability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with reliable technology, including a desktop with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.
- Professional proficiency in Korean and English communication.
- Experience in customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
