Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or administrative support, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
- Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence.
