Responsibilities:
- Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution.
- Ensures correct payments of customers either cash or other acceptable forms of payment
- Processes transaction based on the mode of payment by the customer.
- Ensures that cash collections are remitted to the Cashier Supervisor-Administration and tallies with POS readings.
- Ensures discounted items are punched-in properly based on the percentage; discounts and promotions.
- Obtains accurately credit approval for credit sales
