Key Responsibilities
- Embody our brand’s voice and tone in every customer interaction, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
- Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering WOW moments through outstanding service across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate product-related information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, to support our diverse clientele.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software, enabling you to assist customers effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members, contributing to an uplifting work environment.
- Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English, with a professional standard of fluency.

- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
- A reliable computer setup with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher, and a stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps.
- Professional-level proficiency in Slovak and English is essential.
- Relevant experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
