Key Responsibilities

  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate our product messaging and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, with precision.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to assist customers efficiently.
  • Foster an atmosphere of positivity and enthusiasm in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English.
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals with diverse learning styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire for continuous learning.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable desktop or computer setup with specific technical requirements, including a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection.

Qualifications

  • Availability to commit to full-time working hours (40 hours per week).
  • Proven experience in customer service roles is preferred.
