Key Responsibilities
As a Happiness Officer, you will play an integral role in enhancing customer satisfaction and will be responsible for:
- Embodying our brand’s voice and personality in every interaction with customers.
- Creating memorable experiences through outstanding customer service for both new and existing clients across various channels (email, chat, and social media).
- Translating our product content and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and internal software to assist customers effectively.
- Fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere in all customer and team interactions.
To excel in this position, candidates should have:
- Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
- A genuine enthusiasm for assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
- A strong inclination towards learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
- Access to a reliable computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better, and a minimum 20Mbps internet connection.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
