Our Digital Products and Channels Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati for the role of New Initiatives Operations Project Manager.

In this role, you will oversee all operations projects under the direction of the Digital Products and Channels Operations Head, ensuring efficient planning, organization, and implementation across various teams. You will lead projects focused on operational efficiency, digitization of back-office processes, and support new products and services through BRD reviews for digital channels..

What the role will entail

• Define project scope, create work plan, and determine resources (time, budget, equipment) needed in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop project schedule, allocate resources, and review with senior management and affected staff, adjusting as needed.
• Establish project objectives and evaluation measures.
• Recruit and organize necessary stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure project personnel are properly oriented.
• Execute the project plan, document activities, and ensure proper file management and security.
• Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholders through progress reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

What we’re looking for

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Actuarial Science is preferred
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial industry, ideally with digital banking exposure.
• With proficiency in IT and familiarity with banking project management tools and solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, and project management qualifications are a plus.
