Provides first-line Network Surveillance and Event Management support of the Globe Networks' Network. Responsible for high-level network operations support of the Globe Networks. Core Network and multiple Customer Networks, delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Company. Event Management procedures.

Job Description
Provides first-line Network Surveillance and Event Management support of the Globe Networks' Network. Responsible for high-level network operations support of the Globe Networks. Core Network and multiple Customer Networks, delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Company. Event Management procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
Network Operations Center (NOC)
Incident Management
- Monitoring of Wireline Core Network and IP Transport alarms, complaint handling, fault ticket issuance, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Maintain Wireline operational standards and Key Quality Index (KQI).
- Supervise and attends to alarms, outages, network issues until resolution.
- Escalates outages and quality issues to support groups and vendors.
- Manage creation of fault tickets and assignment of WO’s to support groups.
- Implements Wireline Core Network and IP Transport changes through endorsed and planned activities from Engineering, SCA or Tier2
- Project-related rollout activity implementation.
- Immediate change and configuration in Wireline Core Network and IP Transport due to incident or surge of complaints in concurrence with SCA, Engineering and Tier2.
- Meet or exceed internal customer requirements / SLAs
- Process improvement
- Drive operational excellence and ensure business continuity
- Meet and exceed customer service level commitments.
