- Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of network engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications like CCNP are preferred. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
- Manage and optimize networks, ensure security protocols are followed, automate infrastructure tasks, and oversee system performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security.
- Monitor network traffic to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Document network configurations and updates.
- Stay current with emerging network technologies and trends.
- Provide technical support and training for staff
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), database management (SQL, MongoDB), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), understanding of blockchain technology (Ethereum), shell scripting, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work potential; on-call availability may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, leadership capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
