Position: Netsuite Functional Consultant (Advanced Accounting)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with advanced accounting expertise to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and maintenance of Netsuite's advanced accounting features. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and provide recommendations for optimizing their use of Netsuite's accounting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support to clients in the implementation and maintenance of Netsuite's advanced accounting features

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide recommendations for optimizing their use of Netsuite's accounting capabilities

• Configure Netsuite's advanced accounting, Oneworld, Suitetax, and Legacy Tax modules to meet client's specific business needs

• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Netsuite's advanced accounting features effectively

• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure successful implementation of Netsuite's advanced accounting solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Netsuite releases and enhancements related to advanced accounting

• Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues related to Netsuite's advanced accounting modules

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on best practices for using Netsuite's advanced accounting features

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the status of advanced accounting tasks

• Document all processes and procedures related to Netsuite's advanced accounting modules for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the following modules and features:

Advanced accounting

Oneworld

Suitetax

Legacy tax

• 
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Experience in configuring Netsuite's advanced accounting modules to meet specific business needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
