Strategy and business planning of Top Key customers/Channels and Distributors
- Leads joint business plan with top retailers to identify win-win strategy and align priorities
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Effectively communicates strategy, business decisions and directions as determined by Management team.
- Defines and executes Sales & S&CM strategy and plans to achieve market share, sales, customer contribution and EBIT objectives as agreed in the Annual Business Planning process
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Closely works with the Marketing Department on new product launch/re-launch plans and promotions, integrating corporate strategy
- Builds strong relationships with top customers to drive strategic agenda
- Data analytics: Conducts sell in and sell out analysis
- Product assortment Management: Manages must stock list or must carry list per channel execution
- CSL Management: Spearheads joint forecasting with the accounts
- Promo Management: Performs pre and post promo analysis
- Prepares sales plans aligned with Distributor to achieve Annual and Monthly Business Targets
- Ensure efficient account & channel coverage via distributor personnel
- Efficiently utilizes trade marketing budgets
- Determine growth drivers that will contribute to the achievement of sales objectives by the distributor.
Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in Key Account and Distributor Management in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical &strategic thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data
- Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
- Results-driven attitude
- Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
