The Multimedia Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design and production of compelling visual content that strengthens MicroSourcing’s brand and supports key marketing initiatives. Serving as a creative expert within the marketing team, this role conceptualizes, designs, and executes multimedia assets across formats— including graphic design, video production, motion graphics, animation, and digital content. The Multimedia Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life, ensures visual consistency across all touchpoints, and delivers high-quality creative materials that engage audiences and elevate MicroSourcing’s storytelling

Main Activities And Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual studies for graphics, video, and animation (motion graphics) across a wide range of assets, including brochures, white papers, e-books, banners, social media creatives, media kits, presentations, infographics, business cards, templates, and more.
  • Execute formatting, layout, and design for diverse digital and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Manage end-to-end production of digital and printed materials, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Serve as an internal creative consultant, offering guidance on design approach, themes, best practices, visual storytelling, and effective content presentation.
  • Upload, document, and maintain drafts and final assets in internal repositories, ensuring proper organization, file hygiene, and adherence to MicroSourcing brand and creative standards.
  • Support broader marketing and sales enablement initiatives as needed, including assistance with campaign assets, event materials, and internal communications.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output and enhance the brand’s visual identity

Core Competencies and Key capabilities:

  • Creative concept development and visual storytelling
  • Strong graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all assets
  • Experience producing multimedia content across digital and print formats
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Effective time and project management; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively
  • Familiarity with new creative tools and willingness to explore emerging design trends and technologies, including AI-assisted tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar multimedia, visual design, or creative production role
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (required)
  • Working knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment for on-site shoot
  • Ability to translate written and verbal briefs into compelling design concepts, storyboards, and finished assets
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other creative production tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for collaboration and presentation of concepts
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and file management habits
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting
  • Experience designing for an outsourcing company or B2B environment preferred
  • Prior experience in a creative or advertising/production agency is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand vision and goals.
  • Ability to travel for company events and internal team collaborations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
