JOB PURPOSE
- To saturate and improve distribution on tertiary accounts located in public markets and side streets.
- To increase sales volume in the downline accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Volume Sell In to small sari-sari stores and public market stalls.
- Increase census and distribution in the downline channel.
- Improve merchandising and displays on tertiary accounts.
- Counter competitor’s activities in the downline channels
- Maintain good business relation to customers in the downlines
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:
_ Minimum Qualifications:_
- Candidate must be at least college level of any business-related course.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in driving a motorcycle with valid driver’s license
Competencies:
- Required skill(s): can drive a motorcycle with valid driver’s license.
- With experience in selling/delivering of stocks under FMCG is an advantage.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork activities and open to relocation (if necessary)
- Can work under pressure with less supervision.
