Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in developing the company's business in Bacolod and influencing the growth of financial and key performance indicators.
• Organize and monitor the daily work of the team by setting specific and achievable goals, providing detailed feedback, and assisting the manager in developing an employee motivation system.
• Be responsible for conducting advertising campaigns in the city, including promotional events.
• Process requests and feedback from clients and service riders through various communication channels (outgoing calls, live chat).

Working conditions and benefits:

• 5-day working week, Monday-Friday (8:00 to 18:00).
• Salary for the start - 25 000 PHP (net)/monthly + increase depending on performance/achieved targets throughout probation period.

Requirements:

• Strong command of the English language.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).
• Experience in Business Development/Sales is preferred.
• Senior Specialist/Frontline Supervisor experience: at least 1 year.
