Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management. Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs and support employee growth and development.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay abreast of legal requirements and industry best practices to

ensure the company's HR practices are up to date and legally compliant. Monitors and implements applicable human resource and local law requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the

organization at hearings.

  • Employee Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve

data accuracy.

  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and company culture. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to foster a positive

work environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Experienced in handling labor-related matters, including participation in DOLE seminars, attending SENA conferences, and managing labor cases.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a plus.
  • Experience in a BPO setting is a plus.
  • Amenable to work on-site & in the graveyard shift.
