We are hiring for a Mixologist.
As a Mixologist, we rely on you to:
Maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure guest service levels according to food and beverage brand standards
Plan out and track the bar’s beverage strategy sales strategy.
Direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff
Assist the manager in order to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in areas under manager’s control.
We are looking for someone who:
With a pleasant & welcoming manner.
Knowledge of food and beverage systems.
Additional languages
Experience in a luxury 5* hotel
Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
Certificate/ Diploma in Food and Beverage/ Hospitality Management
Computer Knowledge
Immaculate appearance
Oral & written fluency in English
Relevant experience within a similar environment
Be motivated & a self-starter
Have a positive attitude
