Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand
Optimize inventory levels and product assortment
Monitor margins and profitability across product categories
Collaborate with buying, design, and retail teams
Track performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly
What We're Looking For
3+ years of merchandise planning experience in fashion/apparel
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/planning tools
Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior
Experience with inventory management and forecasting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
