We are looking for an experienced modeller to join our Digital Delivery - Building Services group. This position offers good variety of work, where you’ll:
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver detailed MEP models and drawings.
- Coordinate with other disciplines in an integrated design environment.
- Manage drafting processes and modelling data independently.
- Support all project stages and BIM workflow requirements.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection Services, plus knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Strong understanding of building services drawing requirements.
- Proficient in Revit, modelling management and utilizing BIM360 for project delivery .
- Ability to coordinate and interface with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills; able to report progress and issues proactively.
