We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe for an onsite position supporting a US-based healthcare provider. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with US clinical settings and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient encounters in real time during onsite clinic visits
- Record patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, and assessment & plans
- Enter and update patient information in the EHR in accordance with US documentation standards
- Support providers with chart completion and clinic workflow efficiency
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff in an onsite clinical environment
- Proven experience as a Medical Scribe working with a US healthcare provider
- Strong understanding of US medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
- Excellent listening, typing, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite setting
- Available to start immediately
- Experience in outpatient or specialty practices
- Medical or allied health background
- Prior onsite scribe experience
