TalentPop partners with fast-growing eCommerce brands to build high-performing remote teams. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to help keep our hiring pipeline strong and organized.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys supporting recruitment by managing job postings and tracking candidate flow.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Track and organize applications using HubSpot
- Monitor weekly application targets for open roles
- Review sourcing data and identify trends
- Collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers
- Provide regular updates on applicant volume and quality
- At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual, Administrative, or Executive Assistant
- Recruitment experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Calendly, Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace is a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work US Pacific Standard Time
- Wired internet connection (20 Mbps minimum) with backup internet
- Laptop or desktop computer (Core i5 or Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum)
