A Medical Assistant plays a vital role in the healthcare team by supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include both administrative and clinical duties, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office or clinic.

A Medical Assistant plays a vital role in the healthcare team by supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include both administrative and clinical duties, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office or clinic.
Offer
- Rate: $5 - $6 / hour
- HMO: Provided upon 6 months tenure
- Calling patients to follow up on their payments and entering the data in QuickBooks.
- Catering patient inquiries regarding their lab results.
- Assisting the fulfillment of patients' lab examination requests.
- Processing admin responsibilities.
- Processing patients' data through EMR and EHR.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working in the BPO industry. Prior Managerial experience is a huge plus!
- Must have a stable availability with a long-term goal to continue
- Must have excellent English proficiency, preferably at least C level, for both written and verbal.
- Experience working in Healthcare and with a strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced EMR systems.
