Level 2 Call center agent (With 1 year call center agent experience)

Six Eleven Center is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level L2 Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional support. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team environment and contribute to the overall success of our customer service operations.
