Job Description

• Ensures direction by development of sales territory, dealer’s branches and operations and marketing development, completion of records and reports. Maximize customers/dealer’s satisfaction through area control
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, volume growth and account penetration focused on Passenger and Commercial Vehicle Lubricants (PVL & CVL) by effectively selling the lubricants, ancillary products, and related services
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
• Differentiate and position products and services versus competitors for planned market approach and a defined customer value proposition
• Created a customer-centric sales organization by institutionalizing regular analysis of market information, programs, feedback systems, processes and intervention or critical customer requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Marketing or Engineering course.
• 1-2 years’ experience in consumer sales, with proven track record
• Industry knowledge is a plus, preferably from Oil & Gas, Automotive & Diesel engine, Mining, Industrial and/or Construction industries
• Customer-centric approach and self-motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Must have a valid driver's license (non-pro/pro
• Willingness to travel extensively within the area of assignment around, but not limited to, Davao area
