Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide service revenue analytics during quarterly business and midterm forecast reviews.
  • Generate deal data analytics that will support in decision making of Product Managers during service contract negotiations.
  • Perform market research of the core business, understand competitive situation and propose enhancements or changes to current product portfolio.
  • Monitor current business situation by keeping track of Idling/Cold storage declaration of key accounts worldwide.
  • Provide support to business operations in the areas of pricing administration, product/platform support inquiries, instrument level entitlement support and other processes essential in the success of the business strategy.
  • Lead and/or Support in planning and implementation of new business processes and/or policies.
  • Establish and manage necessary databases and data policies to ensure accuracy, traceability, and alignment.

Basic Qualification, Education & Skills Required

  • Graduate of either Engineering/Accounting/Finance/Math/Business related courses
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous marketing/analytics or related experience
  • Experience with standard tools and techniques of Project Management
  • Experience in the use of Oracle and advanced MS Excel (macro, formulas, power pivots). Knowledge and experience in Power BI(DAX), Power Query(M), Tableau knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Statistical analysis and market research design is a plus
  • Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills and a team player who can effectively communicate with international teams
  • Willing to do off-hours conference calls, when needed
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable to work in a very dynamic environment and is not intimated with complex datasets.
