We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, loyalty, and market share for Team Ridemax’s products (tires and automotive accessories).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand in a competitive market through innovative marketing initiatives.
Brand Communication:
- Lead the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging, ensuring it resonates with target audiences (e.g., car owners, dealers, automotive enthusiasts).
- Develop content for advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials that align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posters, videos) to promote products and brand values.
Campaign Management and Execution:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, events, website, print ads, TV, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute seasonal or product-specific campaigns to maximize sales and promote product launches.
- Manage and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and sales data to refine brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, market share, customer perception) to guide strategic decisions.
Brand Positioning and Differentiation:
- Identify and develop strategies to position Team Ridemax as a leading and trusted brand in the automotive tires and accessories market.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with brand values and customer needs.
Partnerships and Sponsorships:
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with influencers, automotive clubs, events, and trade shows to extend brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that align with the brand’s target audience and marketing goals.
Content Creation and Digital Presence:
- Oversee the development of content for Team Ridemax’s website, social media channels, and online store to engage customers and enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve online visibility.
Brand Guidelines and Consistency:
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring that all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand's values, tone, and visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, both online and offline.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate and manage brand-related events, including product launches, trade shows, automotive expos, and dealer promotions.
- Oversee event logistics, creative direction, and branding to ensure the events align with the Team Ridemax brand.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
- Monitor spending on marketing campaigns and promotional activities to ensure budget adherence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the automotive, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and communications plans.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with an ability to create compelling and on-brand messaging.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly tires and accessories, is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiarity with market research tools, consumer insights, and customer analytics platforms.
- Graphic design or video production experience is an advantage.
