MAIN DUTIES:

• Process documents thru verification and indexing
• Set-up Approved Sourcing Rules, Sourcing Rules Assignment and MRO Item Creation in Oracle
• Generate and publish reports as stated in process documents and schedule timeline
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for information needed on different surveys
• Support Business Plan Continuity to the other Supply Chain teams

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree, preferable Business or Engineering graduate
• At least 6 months experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Good English Communication (read, write and speak)
• Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, organized and willing to work on specialized task
• Support and deliver excellence in team & company goals & objectives
