Quality Management Representative

PGATECH is currently looking for a Quality Management Representative!

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or any equivalent course.
• A combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to a five-year college in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to independently plan and organize one’s activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To familiarize the company’s Quality Management System.
• Assist QMR in ensuring that the Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained within the organization.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the continuous updating of technical records and documentation of the quality management system.
• Assist in proper documentation, filing, and storage of physical and electronic quality records.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date with QMR directives and supervision.
• Report to Quality Manager the performance of the QMS including the need and recommendation for improvement
• Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the quality management area.
• Identify risks and/or report risks to the QMR. May also conduct risk assessment under the supervision of the QMR.
