What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and continuously optimise strategies for maximum impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge

    • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the firearms or related industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and versatile messaging
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for the firearms industry and a commitment to promoting the responsible use of our products
