  • Maintain accurate and organized records of various administrative tasks
  • File and manage physical and electronic documents.
  • Managing Communication:

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory by using spreadsheets or other inventory tools for efficient tracking of data.
  • Identify and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory items. Recommend actions, such as discounts, to clear out excess or outdated stocks.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Monitor the quality of slabs upon received by the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all slabs meet established standards.
  • Office supplies inventory
