This role oversees all marketing campaigns, manages the marketing team, and ensures alignment with overall business objectives.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Chemworld Marketing Corporation. This role oversees all marketing campaigns, manages the marketing team, and ensures alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and other brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Operations, Demand and Creatives, among others) to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promos, and adjust strategies as needed to improve sale performance.
- Establish and manage relationships with partners, agencies, influencers, vloggers / bloggers, content creators and members of the media, among others.
- Manage sponsorships, activations, store openings and other events to support brand visibility and sales initiatives.
- Guide and support the marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a leadership position, ideally in beauty, wellness, or retail
- Strong understanding of relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as office software
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
