Accountable for supporting the various Marketing Operations by monitoring, organizing and reporting assigned Marketing events and availability of corresponding materials.

Accountable for supporting the various Marketing Operations by monitoring, organizing and reporting assigned Marketing events and availability of corresponding materials.
Responsibilities
- Collates data, analyzed and prepares accurate and timely report on all creative and intelligence contents for databank
- Collaborates the marketing projects and activities with other concerned departments
- Researches, analyses and recommends to the Marketing Team any new opportunities that adds value
- Sources marketing and sales materials and services; refers Sources of other offices’
- Monitors inventory of collaterals and the agreed marketing utilization
- Establishes or maintains contacts and maintains partnership with chambers, associations and other possible selling pipelines
- Provides support during event functions from conception to evaluation
