- Manages research projects for brands/segments within the divisions assigned to him/her by reviewing the research brief, proposing/reviewing the research design and the costing, if project is outsourced, coordinating with brand teams and agency partners/suppliers on requirements, preparing/reviewing questionnaires or interview/FGD guides, monitoring operations, analyzing the data, and preparing the report/presentation deck (or if the project is outsourced, by providing inputs to the supplier on the report/presentation deck)
- Develops yearly research programs for all brands and segments in the divisions assigned to him/her by assessing the research needs of said brands and segments, and proposing research solutions to address these accordingly
- Champions and manages a secondary data source by handling all logistic requirements related to its execution and roll-out to users to ensure timely delivery of data from these data sources
- Develops and/or optimizes research tools and methodologies to be used by the team by assessing gaps and opportunities in current tools and methodologies, and by engaging and collaborating with agency partners/suppliers to either enhance existing tools/methodologies or craft new ones from scratch to address these gaps and opportunities
- Influences the strategy and execution of the brands and NPDs within the Division(s) assigned to him/her by providing relevant data needed by Strategic Marketing for their strategic documents and campaign executions
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Research, Statistics, Math, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 3 years of experience preferably in a Market Research agency
