Qualifications
CPA license required
Graduate of BS Accountancy
8–10 years experience in accounting (real estate/construction background preferred)
Prior experience in SGV or other top-tier audit firms is a plus

As Accounting Manager you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the company's financial health and integrity. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely execution of budgeting and forecasting processes. As an Accounting Manager, you shall provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and ensure the company’s financial stability and growth. Your expertise will help us continue delivering well-designed communities with the confidence of sound financial management behind every project.
