- Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Business Leaders at the site.
- Develop strategies based on business plans to attract top industry talent.
- Work with teams and operations to create models for current and future talent needs.
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and plan effectively.
- Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
- Manage efficient, fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting operations to support rapid hiring growth.
- Provide regular reports to hiring managers on recruiting funnel effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enhance and promote Qualfon’s employment brand.
- Build relationships with LGUs, universities, and participate in local recruiting events and social media engagement.
- Implement and maximize ATS tools to improve candidate experience.
- Successful track record in recruitment management within a rapidly growing BPO organization.
- Hands-on experience with social media, events, and recruiting channels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
- Experience using various recruitment and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strategic thinker capable of refining end-to-end recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
