Job Profile Manager, Talent Acquisition Sr.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Business Leaders at the site.
  • Develop strategies based on business plans to attract top industry talent.
  • Work with teams and operations to create models for current and future talent needs.
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and plan effectively.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
  • Manage efficient, fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting operations to support rapid hiring growth.
  • Provide regular reports to hiring managers on recruiting funnel effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enhance and promote Qualfon’s employment brand.
  • Build relationships with LGUs, universities, and participate in local recruiting events and social media engagement.
  • Implement and maximize ATS tools to improve candidate experience.


Requirements

  • Successful track record in recruitment management within a rapidly growing BPO organization.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, events, and recruiting channels.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Experience using various recruitment and ATS platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strategic thinker capable of refining end-to-end recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
