What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-driven and systems-focused Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our APAC HR Operations team. In this role, you will own and optimize core HR workflows across our HRIS (BambooHR), including employee lifecycle management, leave of absence administration, and employee self-service support. You’ll also drive automation and operational improvements that make our People programs more scalable as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how HR systems, processes, and data connect—and is excited to lead structured enhancements across all three.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-driven and systems-focused Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our APAC HR Operations team. You’ll also drive automation and operational improvements that make our People programs more scalable as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how HR systems, processes, and data connect—and is excited to lead structured enhancements across all three.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead end-to-end processing of employee lifecycle movements in the HRIS and partnering tools (e.g., promotions, transfers, exits, rehires) ensuring alignment with Payroll, IT, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Oversee timekeeping and PTO workflows, including policy configuration in partnership with HRBPs, issue resolution, and timely reporting for Finance and HR teams.
- Drive process improvement and automation projects to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance self-service capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for HR systems and processes, ensuring audit readiness and consistency across HR operations.
- Manage and maintain HRIS data accuracy by conducting regular audits and implementing controls across employee records, compensation, job changes, and reporting structures in BambooHR.
- CHIEF (Jira ticketing system) fully implemented and operational across all regions with clear ROI measurement
- Merit & incentive cycles executed efficiently with improved automation and transparency
- Data governance framework established, including regular audits and automated controls within BambooHR
- Comprehensive SOP library built in Confluence to enable self-service and knowledge sharing
- Roadmap delivered for increased automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort and elevate employee experience
- You have 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Systems, preferably in a high-growth or regional setup
- Detail-oriented and systems-focused, with a strong eye for data accuracy and workflow integrity
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of processes and continuously seeks improvement
- Collaborative and clear communicator, able to work across teams and explain technical concepts simply
- Cross-functional collaborator can align priorities across HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of complex workflows and projects
- Adaptable and resilient operator who thrives in ambiguity, navigates change with composure, and brings structure to volatile or evolving environments
- Experience supporting teams across APAC (especially Philippines and Malaysia)
- Track record of automating BambooHR processes or integrating third-party systems
- Familiarity with SLA-based reporting dashboards and ticket optimization
- Love for improving workflows—especially when no one asks
