Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must have experience with Systems Administration, Systems Engineer, or similar roles.
- Preferably with experience in Managed IT Services (but not required).
- Must have experience working with Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, SQL, and others.
- Must have Experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers.
- Must have a background with Hyper-V, VMware, and Citrix (but not required).
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Supports client on their problems regarding technical stuff. Maintains and administers client’s networked system and has the responsibility of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensures all client’s environment, especially server, runs smoothly and securely.
