Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop and implement a broad range of casino programs, events and promotional activities for the Casino.
  • Responsible for executing the activities set by management, assist in all the paperwork and filing of documentation for promotions, and management of Supervisors for over-all coordination.
  • Manages in developing casino programs, events, and promotions in line with marketing and business goals.
  • Oversees the teams, ensuring proper delegation, coordination, and performance management.
  • Participate in manpower planning, recruitment, and succession planning for the department.
  • Attend management meetings, presenting updates, proposals, and post-event analyses reporting.
  • Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and to produce quality results based on set criteria.
  • Prepare documentation to support all programs, events and promotions.
  • Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders during event planning process to ensure requirements are met.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective process flow for events and promotions.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain event budget and provide recommendations for cost effectiveness across all projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s degree or additional certifications is an advantage).
  • At least 5-7 years in events, marketing, or promotions, with 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity (casino/hospitality experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in leading multiple teams, managing various projects within deadlines.
  • Proactive, innovative, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to extend hours and render overtime to meet deadlines as necessary.
  • Able to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, customer engagement, and ROI-driven promotions.
  • Experience in budget maintenance, inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make sound and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Casino Marketing, Casino Programs, and similar industry is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
